I was watching GMA and to my surprise they debuted a new clothing line by the name of AVA & VIV by Target. I get excited and couldn’t wait to do a product review so I jump up and run to my nearest Target. I had every intention on purchasing a few items from the as seen on GMA New Line, however ,comma, I regret to say I left finding nothing worth taking off the hanger.
In my humble been a big girl my entire life opinion, Target has clearly recreated a line of clothing reminiscent of items from Dress Barn and Walmart. Why is it that every time a brand creates plus size clothing the clothing has to have large prints and excessive fabric?
Can we get something other than muumuu like boxy printed, patterned blouses and tops???? Why must there be endless CAFTANS???? Why all the oversized ding dang flowy friggin fabric?? Where is the femininity??? Where are the distinctive lines??? Where is the Class???? Who the heck is AVA and VIV???? I am sick and tired of the ding dang fabric. Suffice it to say, I am not a fan. Disaster! You get an F-. Target – You know better so do better! That’s All.
