I have become Dr. Oz’s go to expert to for all things food and diet! One of my recent my recent episodes is asking the question: What if your Go-To Snack had a dating profile? Technically it does, its called the Nutrition Facts Label. On the show we basically showed a fun way of learning to read the label when dieting or on your weight loss journey.
Dieting or weight loss can be hard but it doesn’t have to be. Sometimes when living a healthier lifestyle looking at the label can confuse us. To make it a little easier for you below I’ve provided a guide:
Number 2, 3, and 4 were highlighted on the show:
- Calories
- Fat
- Protein
You want to make sure your Calories and Fat are at a low number, this is where most of your fat intake can reside. Protein is where you want to make sure your intake is greater.
