Dr. Oz has done it again and created the diet that everybody wants! THE DAY OFF DIET! Most individuals on a weight loss journey can be discouraged by dieting because they can’t stick to constant “diet food”. But a day off would sweeten the deal of being able to stick to the challenge because 1 day out of the week you are able to eat whatever you want (within reason) and not gain weight.
