An ode to Carbs, Tadaaaaa! So there are Good Carbs and Bad Carbs: Good Carbs are Complex Carbs which are your NATURALLY GROWN FOODS that include whole grains and fresh fruit. Bad Carbs are Simple Carbs which are typically CREATED IN A FACTORY that include refined sugar and Refined Bread (White Stuff) So let’s try and ingest more Good Carbs that can aid in digestion and actually help you lose weight.
