Hey hey #HealthyFriends The Number One thing that we forget to do during our exercise movement is proper breathing. Think about it…You hold your breath when you’re running, when you are on a machine, when you’re in a workout class, and all the time you forget to breath properly…this is called Valsalva Maneuver – my abbreviated definition – Lack of breath while exercising.
Breathing helps us get the most out of our exercise. You want to “exhale on the work”. For Example: When doing a bicep curl exhale on the up motion (that’s the work) and inhale on the down motion (That’s the easy part). Hope this helps. Now go forth and BREATHE YALL and Enjoy the day.
