In order to lose 1 pound you have to burn an extra 3500 calories. Yeah that’s a lot but it can be done, just gradually. You just need to start with decreasing your caloric intake 500 calories and add exercise. This will definitely jump start your weight loss. So start today just cut back. Instead of 2 slices of bacon, have 1, swap your soda for water, Instead of French fries, order a salad or some fruit as your side. If you do this on a daily basis guess what 7 times 500 is 3500 that’s 1 lb!!!!! So moral of the story…Cut Back 500 calories per day of what you normally eat and you will relax, relate and RELEASE them poundages baby!!!!!!! Ow! Get Into It! You Can do this! So Let’s Go!!!
