I know, things happen but the best thing to do is to just get motivated. Let April be Spring beginnings and new Wellness beginnings!
Today’s #RowFit35 Health Tip Of The Day Gives You 3 Ways To Stay Motivated On Your Wellness Journey. When it comes to weight loss, the desire to reach a goal is the easy part, but staying motivated? That’s a totally different story. If you find yourself getting discouraged, here’s a few tips to keep you focused on your wellness goals:
- Take it one step (or one rep) at a time: I can’t stress this enough it’s a journey not a race. You need to go at your own pace…You saw what I did right there 😉
- Visualize and focus on who you are becoming: Baaaaby I see the light at the end of the tunnel honey and I am focused. I see it so badly I can taste it! You have to See it too! See Yourself and it will get you motivated!
- Talk to yourself: Yep, the folks around you may stare but sometimes you have to get yourself a pep talk. Speak over yourself honey, Yes I can, Puuuush, Keeeep Moving, All that! Whew it will be so liberating! I promise!
