Today’s #RowFit35 #HealthTipOfTheDay Is all about H2O, Yup Water. I had a revelation over the weekend. I had purchased 2 cases of water and realized I drank more water than if I went to the faucet and gotten it myself. Guess what, getting your daily water intake is soooo mind over matter. I mean it’s mind boggling, If I see it i’ll remember to drink it. If I have to go get it, I will drink less. #Fascinating! Well I just thought I’d share!
