Color WheelSo ‪#‎HealthyFriends‬! I’ve been telling you to eat your colors and finally here is why! Colors are what keep the body nourished people.  
Your foods should be the following colors:

Red, Orange/Yellow, Green, Blue/Purple and White. Let’s get into the WHY baby…

Red – Nutrients in Red Fruits and Vegetables Include: Lycopene, ellagic acid, Quercetin, and Hesperidin, to name a few. These nutrients reduce the risk of prostate cancer, lower blood pressure, reduce tumor growth and LDL cholesterol levels #Yaaaaas.

Orange/Yellow – Nutrients in Orange and Yellow Fruit and Vegetables Include: Beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, flavonoids, lycopene, potassium, and vitamin C.
