#ROWFit35 Health Tip – Snacks on Snacks on Snacks

‪#‎ROWFit35‬ ‪#‎HealthyFriends‬! Alright Alright let’s talk snacking.  Most of our weight gain comes from unnecessary snacking so snacking… Sometimes it’s hard…You grab the chips because they are right in front of you but if you prepare your snacks you’ll pick the better option. So here are a few snacks that you can prepare that are Grab and Go made Easy:

  • Hard-Boiled Eggs – Boil them on Sunday and you’ll have an easy stick to the ribs protein filled snack anytime. They keep well in the fridge, use a little sea salt to taste and you are in business.
  • Trail Mix – Combine your own favorite mixed nuts with an assortment of dried fruit and maybe a little whole grain cereal. Keep it in a zip lock bag in your purse and you are good to go.
  • Nut butter and fruit – Keep a jar of peanut butter at work and some durable fruit, ie..apple or banana. Apple slices dipped in peanut butter is the bomb.com and it is packed with protein.
