Exercise: Studies have shown that people who exercise in the morning burn more calories than those who exercise at other times of the day.
EAT: Skipping breakfast may seem like it’s saving you a few calories but it actually does more damage than good. It is important to eat first thing in the morning to prep your body to burn more throughout the day. Hope that helps!!!
