Design A Plan – If you haven’t already begun, get to it! Everything doesn’t work for everybody, so do something that’s going to work for you. Some people are runners, while others are walkers but guess what, it’s all still cardio! Design a plan that’s realistic and comfortable for you that you can handle. Get Your Mind Right – You may have been on “Hiatus” or “Sabbatical” for the summer but it’s now time to recharge those batteries and focus get focused! What keeps me focused is staying on task with my to do lists. Sometimes we fail to succeed in our journey’s because we are all over the place and we don’t have structure to keep us on track. My to do lists keep me focused and on track. I literally put on my list, Drink a gallon of water and complete 4 miles. Life Savor, for real! You have structure in every other part of your life, you can put your health on a list as well!
Keep Going – Lastly, it is as easy as that, just keep going! I know I know, Life can give us distractions, disappointments and detours, however it’s important that you are able to overcome them by being ready for whatever life has for you!
