Come on with it #HealthyFriends! So you know you absolutely must eat something before and after your workout right. Meals and snacks provide energy you need to make sure you kill your workout! You should eat 30 min’s before your workout and the bigger the meal the more time you need. Now for your post workout your belly can tolerate more protein, fat and fiber and recovery snacks take that into account. These are a few examples of Pre and Post Workout Snacks/Meals
